Logic Model

Brief Description of topic - logic models are visual tools that depict a sequence of events that is expected to create a change and help address a problem or issue. They show the logical relationship between the need you will address, the services you will provide, and the changes you expect to see as the result. There are many different ways to create a logic model and many different templates to follow.  As a project we work with multiple logic models however, we have found one in particular successful in our work with helping others.
